Adolescence is messy — filled with identity shifts, academic stress, peer pressure, big emotions, and a constant stream of comparison. “The Anchor Space” is designed for teens who feel like they’re floating through it all without a solid place to land.I work with teens navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationships (with family, friends, or romantic), academic burnout, and major life changes. Through a mix of conversation, creative exploration, and evidence-based tools like CBT, I help teens better understand themselves, manage emotional ups and downs, and build more confidence in who they are becoming.My goal is to be a calm, trusted presence — someone they don’t have to impress, who listens without judgment, and who gives them tools that actually make sense. I also collaborate with parents and school systems when appropriate to make sure teens feel supported from every angle.

Here, you can be candid about what’s really going on — whether it’s burnout, social media comparison, identity shifts, loneliness, political overwhelm, or the existential dread that comes with trying to find meaning in a world that doesn’t slow down.Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you — it’s about creating space to feel, question, and untangle the things you’ve been carrying for too long. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath your anxiety, unpack unhelpful patterns, and build a deeper sense of clarity — one that’s rooted in who you are, not who you think you should be.You don’t need to come in with the right words — just come as you are.
