About Me

Hi, I’m Emma! I’m a licensed therapist based in California with a focus on anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and relationships. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people — what shapes us, what connects us, and what gets in the way. That natural curiosity eventually led me to earn my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University.

My Approach

My approach is relational and attachment-focused — meaning we explore how your past experiences, relationships, and environment have shaped how you show up in the present. From there, we integrate practical tools (often drawing from CBT) to help you shift the patterns that no longer serve you, and strengthen the ones that do.

You don’t need to come in with everything figured out. Therapy with me is laidback, collaborative, and honest — I’ll meet you wherever you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe but still forward-moving. Humor, realness, and curiosity are always welcome in the room. This is a space to be fully human — no fixing, just unfolding.
